Morning — The Self-Hug: Wrap arms tightly around your rib cage, squeeze, rock slightly, say "I have you." Deep pressure releases oxytocin, creating a feeling of containment.
Mid-Day — Legs Up the Wall: Sit sideways next to a wall, swing legs up, back flat on the floor, palms up, for 5–10 minutes. Reverses blood flow and flips the switch to parasympathetic rest.
Evening — Child's Pose: Kneel, big toes touching, knees wide, walk hands forward, forehead to the floor, breathe into the back body. Signals safety by protecting vital organs and grounding the third eye.
