🌿 The Great Exhale

Day 5: Emotional Mapping

No video added to this lesson yet.

Morning — The Hip Rock: Lie on your back, hug knees to chest, rock gently side to side, humming a low tone. Mimics infant rocking, creating deep primal safety.

Mid-Day — Chest Tapping (Thymus Thump): Loose fist or fingertips, tap the sternum. Inhale, tap while holding, exhale through the mouth. Stimulates the thymus and breaks up heaviness stored in the heart center.

Evening — The Ragdoll: Feet hip-width, bend knees slightly, fold forward, let head hang, grab opposite elbows, sway gently. A posture of surrender that decompresses the spine.
