🌿 The Great Exhale

Day 2: Digestive Flow

No video added to this lesson yet.

Morning — The Side Stretch: Reach right arm to the sky, lean deeply left, opening the right rib cage. Breathe 3 times, switch sides. Stress compresses the torso; this creates space for organs to function.

Mid-Day — Belly Drumming: Use loose fingertips to tap light, rhythmic "rain" over your stomach clockwise for 60 seconds. Brings blood flow to the digestive tract and encourages peristalsis.

Evening — The Psoas Release: Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat. Place a block or firm pillow under your sacrum. Let hips sink heavy into the block for 5 minutes. The Psoas is the primary "fight or flight" muscle; releasing it tells the brain there's no danger to run from.
