Day 3: Releasing Cortisol & Anger
No video added to this lesson yet.
Morning — The Hip Tantrum: Lie on your bed, kick legs and pound fists into the mattress, let out a sound, for 30–60 seconds. Anger is often stored in the hips and jaw; this discharges it safely.
Mid-Day — High Knees March: Stand and march in place, driving knees to waist height, pumping arms, for 60 seconds. Mimics fleeing, completing the stress cycle rather than letting cortisol sit.
Evening — The Kidney Sway: Stand feet wider than hips, twist gently side to side, letting arms swing so hands tap your lower back, for 2 minutes. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, fear is stored in the kidneys/adrenals; this soothes them.
