Daily Somatic Trio

Morning — The Hip Tantrum: Stagnant anger often lives in the hips and jaw. Lie on your bed, kick your legs and pound fists into the mattress like a toddler, let out a sound, for 30–60 seconds.

Mid-Day — Fast Walking in Place (High Knees): Completes the "flight" stress cycle. March with high knees, pumping arms vigorously for 60 seconds.

Evening — The Kidney Sway: Gently moves lymph fluid. Stand feet wide, twist side to side, letting arms swing loosely and tap your lower back.
