Daily Somatic Trio

Morning — The Startle Shake: Mimics how animals release adrenaline after a threat, manually turning off the "freeze" response. Stand feet hip-width apart, bounce on heels, shake hands and arms vigorously, make a "Brrrr" sound.

Mid-Day — The Butterfly Hug: Uses bilateral stimulation to calm the amygdala. Cross arms over chest, tap hands on opposite shoulders rhythmically.

Evening — Vagus Neck Massage: Targets the path of the Vagus Nerve; touch here signals "rest and digest." Gently massage from behind the earlobes down to the collarbone.
