🌿 The 21-Day Radical Realignment

Why Mindful Reintroduction Matters

Learn from your body's response.

  • If you feel ready, gently reintroduce one potential trigger (for example, a bit of gluten or dairy). Track how you feel physically and emotionally.
  • Journal prompt: Was it worth it? What did you learn about your body's boundaries?

This step isn't about perfection or "never again" — it's about discovering your personal boundaries with food so you can choose from clarity instead of confusion.

What to notice physically (over the next 24–72 hours): bloating, gas, or stomach discomfort; changes in bowel movements; headaches or migraines; joint pain or stiffness; skin changes; energy dips or that "heavy" feeling.

What to notice emotionally & mentally: irritability, anxiety or restlessness, brain fog, low mood or a sudden emotional crash.

If you notice a clear shift after bringing a food back in, that's important information — no judgment, just data.

Finding your body's boundaries: This is about partnership, not punishment. You're learning which foods you tolerate well in small amounts, which feel okay occasionally but not daily, and which reliably leave you feeling inflamed, foggy, or unwell. Those boundaries are deeply personal — what's fine for someone else might be a clear no for your body, and that's valid.

By noticing your responses, you're building a map of how food and inflammation impact you, so you can make empowered, informed choices going forward.
