🌿 The 21-Day Radical Realignment
Supporting Your Detox Organs with Gentle Rituals

Support detox organs gently.
- Add light movement such as rebounding or yoga. Sip dandelion tea, lemon water, and enjoy bitter greens like arugula or kale.
- Journal prompt: Where can you add more "gentle support" instead of "pushing" your body?
Your liver and other detox organs work quietly all day, filtering toxins and processing hormones. Supporting them isn't about forcing them to work harder — it's about partnering with what they're already doing.
Dandelion tea for liver support: stimulates bile flow to help process and eliminate waste, supports digestion, and brings in antioxidants that protect liver cells.
Yoga: many poses gently compress, twist, or open areas around your organs, supporting circulation, lymph flow, and nervous system relaxation.
Seated Twist
- Sit with both legs extended. Bend your right knee, place your right foot outside your left thigh.
- Sit tall, right hand behind you for support.
- Inhale, lift your left arm; exhale, twist right, left elbow outside your right knee (or hug your knee).
- Take 5–8 slow breaths, switch sides. Gentle compression around abdominal organs, supports digestion and circulation in the liver and gut area.
Supported Bridge Pose
- Lie on your back, knees bent, feet hip-width, close to sitting bones.
- Press into feet, lift hips a few inches.
- Slide a block, cushion, or folded blanket under your sacrum, rest hips down.
- Arms by your sides, palms up. Stay 1–3 minutes. Opens the front of the body and liver/digestive area, calms the nervous system.
Reclined Twist
- Lie on your back, arms out in a "T."
- Draw knees to chest, let both fall slowly to the right (shoulders grounded, pillow under knees if needed).
- Turn head gently left if comfortable. Take 5–10 slow breaths, switch sides. A soothing massage to the abdominal organs, supports digestion and elimination.
